5 children of George Percy, Jane Eleanor, Margaretta, Florence, George Percy and Helena ended up in Australia. They may have gone to live with their Aunt Maria Louisa who was already in Australia.

I spoke to Michael Wood (Woodzy) on Skype this morning and he is happy for me to give you the details of his line.

So… George Percy Wood , the sailor, married Emma Harris in Sydney, Australia on 04/04/1881. (he died 07/08/1934) They had 3 children - All of the following lot were in Australia.

1. A female but we can't find any info. on her at all 2.George Percy Kennedy Wood born 20/04/1888 d. 29/05/1962 3. Norman Allen Wood Born 23/11/1893 died 1960

I have been in contact with descendants of both these boys.

George Percy Kennedy Wood m 1. Emily May Young and had 2 children

1. Ivy Audrey Wood b.1911

2. Ronald b.1913

m2. Ursula Irene Burrell and had

1. Brian George Wood 1930 - 1989. He married June Eileen Hunt. (June and I did some research together as she was writing a book for her grandchildren. She actually divorced Brian and remarried.)(They had 6 children)

Norman Allen Wood m Elsie Fielden and had 1. Douglas Allen Wood b 1921 (This is Woodzy's Grandfather) 2. Phyllis Wattle Wood 1915 - 2005

Douglas married Eunice Beattie and had 1.Alan Gregory and 2. Julie Helen (unmarried).

Alan Gregory Wood (1946 -2007) married Helen Morgan and had Michael Gregory Wood (Woodzy 1969 ) and Dale Ray Wood.

Michael Married Charie Schulz and has 4 children. He is divorced.

Jane Wood and John Campbell Dibbs had 6 children.

1. Female B & D 1864

2.Amy Florence Dibbs 1865 -1928 ( She was virtually brought up by John's brother and family Sir Thomas Allwright Dibbs after John and Jane's divorce.)

3. Sydney Reginald Dibbs 1867 -1931 (My great Grandfather)

4. Charles Herbert John Dibbs 1869 - 1951

5. Robert Campbell Dibbs 1871 -1953

6. Frank Herbert Dibbs 1872 - ??1884 ( There is some speculation that Frank may have been the child of the person Jane had the affair with that caused the divorce. He possibly ran away to sea , went back to Ireland???? All sorts of speculation but I haven't been able to find what happened him.
